Yes, this event has came and gone but I need to express some other feelings that I have. This will be with me for a lifetime.

I contacted some people who inspires EG to send me a get well video. The kind of inspiration that is indescribable. A few were celebrities but others were just flat out good people and had no idea how EG felt about them. Crafton Barnes did a great job making one video for me to play over a screen projector. Sidebar: If you need any work done website, videos and so much more he is the MAN. (He is the only person we would refer)

Being a wife who has the same interest as her husband all together. I have the inside scoop on E more than any interview, clip or person alive currently. Many things have changed for him after gaining a clear mind and responsibilities. So that’s why it’s easy for me to plan things for him without second guessing.

I played those clips at the beginning of The Shed and EG was choked up. There were a couple I selected to play for him the night before the actual surgery so that he would know he had people he looked up to cheering him on. AND IT WORKED!

I fulfilled everything on that list for that event. I prayed for strength and guidance then put forth the faith, work, finances and persistence. The only thing that wasn’t fulfilled was the special guest but I had no control over him falling ill. He sincerely and wholeheartedly apologized but one will never need to apologize to me for being sick. It just beez that way.

This event couldn’t have been better. Everyone left with pure inspiration including us.

My VENT:
The ONLY disappointment I got were from people who couldn’t attend. Rules were set in stone the first day I announced it 5 months in advance. Because of what I was contributing to a family in need, I didn’t expect for people to actually want free entry, call days before asking to put people on a guest list who wasn’t going participate. (This wasn’t a GIG) Needless to say, some friendships that was or could’ve been ended along with 2019. And I have NO regret.
Let’s get this straight…..
The favors you do for EG is just that. Anything that say LADY G 👠 presents, has nothing to do with favors you’ve done for EG.
That was MY dream, MY hard earned money, MY research and MY heart put into giving something special for the musical world as well as helping a family. I’m definitely not one who break easily. People took some donations back because they couldn’t have it their way. 🤷🏽‍♀️ COLD BLOODED!!
I am fair, but rules are set in place for a reason. It helped me to make sure everyone could eat all night as promised, along with souvenirs and other surprises.

For the attendees, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. Making it through the door meant, you followed rules and showed the utmost respect for the Gales family. We are very grateful for your support and you will hold a special place in our hearts.

Many have called after hearing about the success wanting to donate towards the next SHED. Between touring, medical appts and our first honeymoon in 2020 I’m just more focused on us this year.
Yes, you read it right. For our 8th wedding anniversary we finally said time for an overdue honeymoon. We’ve worked nonstop since the day we said I DO. So we will NOT be on anyone’s stage on our wedding anniversary. That’s NOT a day I want to celebrate with the world anymore.

I will end here because I’ve taken enough of your time. Some will be offended but I chose not to call any names. It was more than a few who showed their true selves. But good people always override the selfish ones.
